So often we move through life carrying on, pushing through, and not giving the body space to pause or process what it’s holding. Over time, this can show up as tension, emotional heaviness or a sense of disconnection from ourselves.
Reiki offers a quiet space to stop and rest.
Sessions are slow and supportive, allowing the body and nervous system to settle when they are no longer being asked to keep going. Reiki is shared with light touch or with hands held above the body, always guided by comfort, consent and what feels right on the day.
Supporting wellbeing
This is a supportive wellbeing practice, not a medical or psychological treatment. Reiki does not involve diagnosis or manipulation and can be a gentle complement to other forms of care.

An optional far-infrared lamp may be used to provide gentle warmth and support relaxation during your session.
Relax & Reset
When the body is deeply relaxed, it is better able to reset, soften and return towards balance in its own way. Many people experience a sense of release, grounding or clarity simply from being given permission to rest.
